① Registration and activation as a professional partner

To become a Mobi-Roll partner and gain access to our B2B benefits, purchasing terms and extended professional partner areas, you must register in our system.

Once your details have been successfully verified and your account activated, you will receive access to the protected B2B area of our website. There you can order Mobi-Roll products on behalf of your customers.

We require the following information for activation:

Company name,
Contact person,
Full company address,
Telephone number,
Email address,
VAT identification number, if available,
Proof of business registration or other proof of company status.

Once your account has been activated, you will have access to B2B purchasing terms as well as ordering and service areas for professional partners.

② Ordering

Order the required devices and accessories at B2B rates.

After registration and activation, you will receive access to the protected B2B area of our website.

There you can rent Mobi-Roll devices at B2B rates, according to your customer’s individual needs.

Maximum rental period is generally 13 weeks,
Extensions are available if required,
Accessories and upgrades are available.

Mobi-Roll does not determine your administrative or service charges. Upon request, we can provide recommendations regarding standard market prices for end customers and possible health insurance reimbursement.

③ DHL shipping

Fast delivery to your company address or directly to your patient.

The invoice will be sent digitally.

④ Patient supply

The devices are largely pre-assembled and ready for use within a few minutes.

You will also receive:

Instructions for use,
Return label.

⑤ Return and reprocessing

At the end of the rental period, the device and all accessories must be returned to Mobi-Roll.

Each device is then:

Technically inspected,
Cleaned and disinfected,
Serviced,
Professionally reprocessed.
