What are the shipping costs and how quickly can items be shipped?

Please refer to the specified shipping cost group or the shipping cost table on our ‘Shipping terms and costs’ page for information on shipping costs for deliveries within and outside Germany.

  • Bearbeitung: Daily shipping on weekdays for orders placed by 10 am.
  • Laufzeit: 1-3 business days with DHL.

Are all of the items brand new?

We distinguish between purchased and rented items:

  • Purchased items: Only unused new items.
  • Rental items: Both new items and workshop-tested rental models.

The handlebar/saddle/knee pad is unstable, what should I do?

When installing, pay attention to the following:

  • The plastic washer must be correctly positioned.
  • The head of the hex bolt should be half sunk in the hex opening of the frame.

How do I operate the parking brake?

Both brake levers act on the rear wheels and can be operated with one hand.Activating the parking brake: Pull the brake lever and push down the parking pressure pin. Then release the pulled brake lever: the brake lever remains in the pulled position.To release the brake: briefly pull the brake lever and the locking button pops up – the brake is then released.Models in detail:

  • MR 22 and MRS: the brake is only used as a parking brake; it is not possible to brake while driving.
  • MRB, MRW, MRW 24 CC and MRCC: With drum brake for safe braking while driving.

The strain on my knee is too high, am I doing something wrong?

If used correctly, the strain on the knee should remain low:

  • The Mobi-Roll is a walking aid, not a vehicle.
  • Walk in the same way as you would normally, with your weight shifting between your healthy foot and the Mobi-Roll.
  • Avoid putting all of your weight on the knee cushion.
  • Problems usually occur when the healthy foot is only used lightly to propel you forward.

Is it possible to pick up the device and view it?

Yes, you can view and test the Mobi-Roll on site. It is also possible to purchase the device on site by prior arrangement.

Can I end the rental early?

It is mandatory to contact us in writing by email at info@mobi-roll.de to claim goodwill. A written application is required for this, which we will first review and evaluate individually.

Please note that we only process applications that include a detailed explanation. This must explain the urgent need for the shortening and that the Mobi-Roll cannot be used in any way.

Important information:

  • No shortening is possible if the process has already been submitted to the health insurance company.
  • Expense allowance: We charge a processing fee of €10.00 for a possible shortening.
  • Terms and conditions: An early termination of the rental period is not provided for in our terms and conditions (§2 para. 4).

However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offer the option of reducing the rental period under certain conditions. The following applies:

  • The minimum rental period is 2 weeks.
  • Shorter rental periods may incur additional transport costs.

Can I buy a rented Mobi-Roll?

Yes, you can buy the following models: MRB, MRW, MRS and MRCC.

  • Benefit: 50% of the rental costs (excluding shipping) will be deducted from the purchase price.
  • Important:
    • When you order, please send an e-mail with your purchase option to buchhaltung@mobi-roll.de.
    • Unfortunately, it is not possible to change from rental to purchase at a later date.

Exception: the MR 22 model is not approved for sale due to its medical aid certification.
